The Guernsey Private Residential Landlords Association (GPRLA) was founded in 2006.
The aim of the association is to represent and develop the interests and standing of private residential landlords in Guernsey and to promote the establishment and maintenance of good standards of practice by such landlords. "The GPRLA is a tour du force in ensuring best practice without restrictive legislation," P. Le Breton.
The GPRLA website has been developed to support both existing and prospective landlords. It provides up-to-date news on changing legislation and GPRLA events, FAQs relating to lettings and management and general advice on day-to-day scenarios affecting a landlord. |
|
As an association the GPRLA works closely with the Housing Department and other relevant Government offices to ensure effective collaboration across the private and public rental sectors. I hope you find the GPRLA site useful.
